Lee is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over two decades of leadership in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Holding a Master of Science from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Lee is deeply connected to his Atlantic Canadian roots. Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership roles in sales, marketing, training, and business development at several multinational Fortune 500 companies. In 2018, Lee's entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare space led him to found Formative Pharma. His passion for innovative solutions and collaborative leadership has propelled Formative Pharma to become one of Canada’s fastest-growing healthcare companies.

Lauren brings broad commercial experience from the Canadian pharmaceutical industry to Formative Pharma. She has worked with both large multinational corporations and niche companies, excelling in business development, pipeline and portfolio management, finance, pricing, market access, and government affairs. Skilled in navigating both retail and hospital channels, Lauren is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of fostering commercial success. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Commerce from Western University and an MBA from McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business.

Karen Patrick brings over 20 years of expertise in Canadian Regulatory Affairs, specializing in chemistry and manufacturing, injectable dosage forms, and regulatory strategy. With an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and a Post-Graduate certification in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operations from Seneca College, Karen excels in maintaining regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. She is a quality focused, solutions-oriented, collaborative leader who prioritizes patient impact, ensuring that Formative Pharma positively influences the patient experience.
